Maintenance Alert - Water Shut-off starting on April 30th

Please be advised that the community's water system will be shut-down for approximately 2 hours on Thursday afternoon from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm. The original plan was to continue on each subsequent Thursday, at the same time, until the project was completed. But due to the water use restrictions in place, we will be re-assessing the plan once we have a better understanding of how much can be done in that 2 hour window.
During that time our Maintenance Team will be installing shut-off valves on the main water supply lines to each building. This will enable shutting water off to an individual building should they be experiencing a water supply leak, without having to shut off the water to the entire community as we have had to do in the past. It will likely take several weeks to complete the project as valves need to be installed on each of our 68 Residential Buildings.
