Management has sent out the November 15^th, 2022, Budget Meeting packet to all owners. If, for some reason, you have not received yours, you can read/download the cover letter, proposed budget, and Proxy by logging into our website and going to "Letters/Notices" on the top of the Home page. You can download and print out the Proxy if you haven't received one in the mail and send it to Management & Associates, 720 Brooker Creek Blvd., #206, Oldsmar, FL 34667 before November 15th. It is important that we receive enough Proxies to constitute a quorum, otherwise we would have to do it all over again at an added expense to the Association (it's your money), so please take part and ask your neighbors to do likewise. (Update: if you haven't already mailed your Proxy in, you can also fill it out, seal the envelope, and place it in the lockbox in the clubhouse next to the TV).  Please note, you are not voting on the 2023 budget – that is something the Board does at the Budget Meeting – you are only voting on rolling over excess funds from 2022 to 2023 (so that we don't have to pay taxes on them) and waiving the annual audit.
