Management has sent out the First Notice of our Annual Membership Meeting, scheduled for February 20^th, 2024, in the clubhouse. It's also been uploaded to our website under "Letters and Notices."

 

It includes details and instructions for anyone wanting to run for a position on the Board, as well as a Voting Certificate, to establish who is going to be the voting member if the condo is owned by a corporation or other entity. If that has previously been established - or if your unit is owned by a single person or married couple - there's no need to fill that out and return it.

 

The Second Notice, containing the agenda, names of persons running for positions on the Board, ballots, and information on other business to be conducted, will be sent out at least 14-days before the meeting. It will also be uploaded to our website in case anyone does not receive the mailed packet.
