The 2024 HOA Fee Booklets have been mailed out by our Management Company and many people have received them already. Unfortunately, the booklets have the incorrect amount for the HOA Fees ($360 instead of $410.) The mistake could have been due to someone at the Management Company or the printers; the error will be corrected as soon as possible.
