The long awaited upgrades to our Spectrum Service Contract are now in effect. This means that the Spectrum Platinum Channel Package, and 400 mps Internet Speed, are now available to all owners at no additional charge. It replaces the standard Basic Channel Package that had always been included in your HOA fees, and is being provided to everyone with no increase to our fees. If you've been paying extra for an additional Spectrum Channel Tier, you will no longer need to pay that additional cost. Spectrum will eventually be contacting anyone who had been paying extra for an upgraded channel tier and change your account accordingly.

 

NOTE: This does not include PAY CHANNELS like HBO, CINEMAX, or some Pay Sports Channels. If you want to continue getting those Pay Channels you would need to maintain your separate payments to Spectrum for those. It also does not include a DVR; if you've been paying an extra monthly fee to have a DVR, you will need to continue paying for that separately.
