A mailing has been sent out to all Wedgewood owners of record, asking for you to vote on proposed changes to our community. On the ballot are two issues: first, asking for your approval to replace the wood car port shades (fences) and patio fences with vinyl; and, second, asking for your approval to replace the wood patio gates with black powder coated aluminum. Complete details, including a cover letter, rendering of the proposed changes, and a voting Proxy, are available in the Documents pull down menu, then click on Meetings & Agendas. If you haven't received a mailing or a notice by email, and have not already voted, please check out the issues and cast your vote as soon as possible (deadline is June 20^th).
