It was good to learn that many Wedgewood residents took precautions by moving their loose items off of their balconies, patios, staircases and carports, in preparation for Tropical Storm Debbie. Fortunately, the Hudson area suffered only heavy rains and wind with the storm intensifying to hurricane strength before making landfall much further north. 

 

Aside from lots of leaves, small branches, and debris scattered around the Wedgewood grounds, only one large branch had fallen, blocking the staircase and walkway of one unit on Fairway Drive. It was promptly cut up and cleared by our maintenance man, John Mazzella on Monday morning.
